תענוג צרוף במחיר נמוך
הגעתי למסקנה שהמתכונים שאני מפרסם כאן בבלוג הולכים וסובבים סביב הכותרת "פסאבדו גורמה במחיר שווה", וגם המתכון הבא מתאים לכותרת זו. אחת המנות החביבות עלי בעיר הזאת היא הספיישל "פנה פירות ים בשמנת וודקה" של הקופי בר, וכל הכבוד לשף הבית על המנה הנהדרת הזו שאם זכרוני אינו נשכח ממני מחירה בישראל 79 זהובים חדשים. את המנה שלי, מנה זוגית+, ניתן להיכן בבית במחיר של כ30 זהובים.
מרכיבים
- פסטה, של פירמה טובה.
- מיקס פירות ים (500 גר).
- שוט של קוניאק טוב (כ28 מ"ל)
- קרטונית שמנת לבישול.
- חצי ראש שום.
- בצל אחד בגודל בינוני.
- חמישה עלי בזיליקום טרי.
את המיקס פירות ים קניתי בטיב טעם בעבור 16.99 זהובים. בדיעבד הייתי משקיע בכזה שעולה מעט יותר..
ההכנה
את הבצל חותכים לקוביות גדולות, ואת השום למקלות, ומטגנים קלות בחמאה. את מיקס פירות הים שהפשרתם מראש מוסיפים לטיגון קצרצר ביותר, כחצי דקה עד דקה, ומיד לאחר מכן מוסיפים את השמנת.

במיקס שאני קניתי, הפירות (ים) הגיעו מבושלים ולכן לא היה צורך לטגן אותם כלל מבחינה עקרונית אלא רק לשם הפריכות. אם אינכם יודעים אם הסחורה מבושלת מראש או לא, הקדישו מעט יותר זמן לטיגון. לאחר הוספת השמנת ניתן לתבל במלח, מעט סוכר, אגוז מסוקט ופלפל שחור. זו גם הזמן להוסיף את שוט הקוניאק ועלי הבזיליקום שקצצתם מראש, ולערבב. לבשל במשך כחמש דקות נוספות ולכסות עד להגשה.
